How to Use the Enstep Help Desk

I.  Submitting a Help Desk Ticket
 
1.)  Visit http://help.enstep.com/
 
2.)  Locate and click the “Submit a ticket” link.

3.)  At the data entry form, complete all relevant fields.  Items marked with a red * are required to submit a ticket.  Also, be sure to give a clear and detailed description of the request in the “Message” box.
 
4.)  After entering all required data, be sure to accurately answer the anti-SPAM questions at the bottom of the submission page.  These items are utilized to prevent fraudulent computer-generated support requests from clogging our system.  Once you’ve completed these fields, click the “Submit ticket” button.



 
5.)  Upon submitting your ticket, if all required information was entered correctly, you will be given a confirmation that includes your Help Desk Ticket ID.  Be sure to make a note of this Ticket ID as it will be required in order to reference the issue or check the status of it.  From the confirmation screen, you may now navigate away from the Help Desk page or click the “View your ticket” link.


 
II.  Checking the Status of a Help Desk Ticket
 
1.)  In order to check the status of a Help Desk ticket, you must have a Ticket ID generated in Step I of this tutorial.  With this ID available, navigate to http://help.enstep.com/
 
2.)  Locate and click the “View existing ticket” link.

3.)  Enter the Ticket ID you received in Step I of this tutorial, and then click the “View ticket” button.  If you Forgot your tracking ID, you can utilize the “Forgot tracking ID?” link to have your ticket ID emailed to you.



4.)  From the Ticket information screen, you may confirm your submission, see replies from Enstep or add additional replies and information to your existing ticket.
